Centura Health is giving away a heart shaped bracelet or necklace (actually…maybe both.) If you look carefully at the picture it shows “Free Bonus Gift.” Plus they say: “Show how much you care by giving your friend or loved one a FREE heart-shaped charm for their bracelet or necklace.” It looks really pretty in my opinion. It also looks like the string/cord is by a ribbon instead of a chain which is pretty sw33t. But maybe because its a ribbon you can transform it into a bracelet or necklace. That also makes sense. Also they will send you information of anything you are interesting learning in like Heart Disease, Allergies, etc. Wait: 6-8 Weeks
